The app logs every session per user: kWh consumed, time and charger. Residents pay with their country's payment methods and the administration stops chasing fees or splitting the power bill. Every charge generates its electronic invoice under local regulations.
The administration sees everything
Access only for authorized residents, rates set by the building and a panel with consumption per charger and per user. When a resident leaves, you deactivate their access and that's it.
Your installer brings the chargers, OMH brings the software
OMH doesn't install or sell chargers: we work with whichever installer the building chooses. Any OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1 charger connects to the platform, no proprietary firmware. Your installer defines the building's electrical sizing; we handle billing, access and operations.

Who pays for the energy of each charge?
Every resident pays for their own sessions from the app. The building sets the per-kWh rate and the system logs and charges every session separately.
Does the building need electrical work?
It depends on available capacity and the number of chargers; your installer evaluates that. OMH works with the OCPP chargers they connect, with or without an upgrade.
What happens when a resident sells their apartment?
The administration deactivates their access from the panel. The consumption history stays in the building's account.
Can the building set the rate?
Yes. The administration sets the price per kWh and can adjust it anytime. The system charges, invoices and settles at that rate.
