Delete your OMH account

You can close your account whenever you want. This page explains how to do it from the app or from here, what gets erased and what we have to keep by law.

From the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to your profile, then to the account section.
  3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

The account closes immediately. Full erasure of your data takes up to 30 days.

If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion here. We'll write to the account's email to confirm the request is yours before erasing anything.

What gets erased and what we keep

Erased within 30 days

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number and password.
  • Any vehicle details you added.
  • Your saved payment methods.
  • Your app preferences.

Kept because the law requires it

  • Charging session and payment records, for as long as accounting and tax rules require, no longer linked to your name.
  • Support messages, up to 24 months from the last contact.

We reply within 15 business days at most, usually much sooner, and complete the erasure within the following 30 days.
